I made brownies from scratch today. I wasn't sure how they would turn out, but they are really good. It was an easy recipe too:

3/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
5 tbsp butter
2 eggs
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

I put in a little extra cocoa (1/4 cup didn't seem like enough!). I actually made a double batch so they would be thicker. I had to bake them for 27-ish minutes.
