It's hard to forget Memorial Day when there is an active war going on, and I just want to acknowledge all of the ladies and gentlemen who are currently helping our country and those who did before them. I know I couldn't do what they do/did.
Thank you all. : )
Steven and I made s'mores last night. We made the smallest fire on a grill that stayed lit just long enough for us to make 2 s'mores each. We sat outside for a while after we ate, the weather was just beautiful. Although I must admit that I am slightly disappointed that the weather has basically turned from winter to summer. Spring is probably my favorite part of the year.
Now that we know where we are going to live next year (hopefully), I decided to start thinking about the packing that needs to be done. As of now D-Day, or M-Day I guess, is July 25th. I have 8 weekends until moving day, minus the weekend that Mom and Dad will be in town, and minus the weekend that I hope to spend in Texas. So that leaves me 6 weekends. I think I need to start packing up some things...
