In order to keep myself accountable, I thought I would post my resolution...
I want to be healthier. Eat healthier, exercise more often... which leads to...
I want to get back down to my freshman year weight... I won't post what I am now, or what I want to be, but I need to lose about 12 pounds to meet my goal. I figured if I could get back down to the weight I want to be, it would be easier to stay that way.
It's a 2 way road. Health leads to a healthy weight. A healthy weight leads to health.
I'll keep you updated on how it's going!
PS: I think my resolution is a little more achievable than one of my college friend's. She wants to get married and pregnant before the year is up. And no, she is not currently dating any one. So good luck to her!
