wednesday pinsday: crayons

It's back! ...a day late. I blame labor day for throwing off my schedule. Oops! But pinsday is finally back with five uses for crayons!

First up is the crayon monogram. These have been all over pinterest, but they're really fun!

I used to make melted crayon shaving shapes all the time. My favorite was an elephant.

This crayon wreath would be great for back to school or a classroom. And I love the gingham.

The melted crayon paintings have also made their way around the web. Easy way to make custom art!

And my personal favorite... customizing candles! You can mix any color to match whatever room or event you need candles for. Plain white pillars are always less expensive. I'm going to be trying this project!

Have you done any of these projects? Any other crayon projects you would recommend for us to try?

 xoxo, christa

  1. Those are super fun! The melted crayon art is one I've seen on Pinterest a lot lately, like you said. I think the kids and I need to try the melted crayon shapes. They would love that.
