happy fall

It's official. Fall is really here. I wore boots for the first time this season yesterday. Today is cold {yes, actually cold!}, gloomy and rainy. We're going to have to bundle up for tomorrow's football game. It's wonderful.

I don't have many seasonal decorations. Not because we don't want them, but we don't have room to store them right now. I'm always looking for quick and easy things I can do to make the house feel more cozy and homey, so I made this little banner to hang on our wall. I thought some of you might be interested in one for yourself, so I made some downloadable PDF printables for you!

I thought the dots looking like falling leaves.  Festive and fun. :) I printed it onto cardstock, cut out the letters with my xacto knife, glued them to some twine and strung them up. There was some extra dotted paper, so I used my circle punch to add a little more decoration. You could even make a garland with the circles of dotted paper!

Along with the ombre dots, I made an orange one with a little pattern on the bottom. Take your pick! But please remember that these are for personal use only. If you print it out and hang them up, please take a picture and share with me! Leave a comment here or email me {cjanecreate @ gmail . com}.

Enjoy and Happy Fall!

xoxo, christa

  1. I'm not much of a seasonal decorator either, aside from maybe Christmas decorating. I'm sorta loving this lady, thanks.
